So recently i have lost boost from my average of about 16lbs to 3lbs i was to to fix either my solenoid or bypass actuator. so i did one at a time and still i only push 3lbs of boost. but i tryed the actuator mod and i do push boost now back up to 15ish lbs. i had stuck a bolt in the tube from the actuator to the solenoid. i have had the vacuum lines replaced to. is it possible my butterfly valve is broken in my sc. cause i get a cel reading actuator is open. idk what to do and im already out almost $300 due to the actuator and solenoid. anyone know what might be wrong?

i have a 06 lsj stage 2 3in pulley, heat exchanger, slp loud mouth header to cat 3in down pipe and 2.5 in exhaust with magnaflow header

check the butterfly valve, make sure it moves freely with the boost bypass valve actuator, and make sure the bypass valve has vacuum, pull the vac line off and make sure its sucking air.
