Anyone know where I can get online or maybe on this site (Ive peeked around with no luck) a procedure/pages of shop manual which shows how to stepwise remove dashboard to access evaporator?

Tried everything to address water dripping inside passenger floor including suction on drain tube, and even pressurizing with no luck. I still get seepage. There is a TSB 09-01-37-002 but it does not exp[lain much. Apparantly, it is a problem with some GM's, including our Cobalts......

Thanks.
