This is my first time changing a radio, I literally have zero knowledge of this stuff. I’ve spent hours googling and keep seeing different things or getting more confused. I should have gotten wire harness and done it the easy way but I’ve committed to not doing that and I can’t turn back. Can anyone give me some advice? Some pointers?

I have my ground and constant connected to the appropriate wires but it still won’t turn on at all
