Hey guys, I'm I need of urgent help. My battery cable caught on fire due us placing a hot piece of metal in the trunk, that was cool to the touch but hot enough to melt the plastic casing around the positive terminal. I've tried almost everything to get it out of anti theft but it's also a possibility that it fried something. Any ideas??
Change cable, charge battery. We had a dead cell and it would not get out of anti-theft mode. The computer needs a fat 12 volts for things to work right.
