some balts that have factory 15's run 195/65/15
balts that have factory 17's run 205/50/17
balts that have factory 18's run 225/40/18

if you go to Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels and look at the specs of these tires, they all have a 25" overall diameter. you want to stay with that diameter as close as possible to keep your speedometer accurate.

you can also mess around by getting wider tires with a lower side wall ratio and end up with that same 25" diameter.

for example cobaltxfe09 said he had 215/45/17. those are about a 24.6" diameter so that is pretty close to factory size

stock tire size is 195-60-15's the 65's are too tall, look rediculous.

use 215-45-17's and you wont regret it... i used goodyear eagle gt's i still got 3 of them left. 2 are like new because they just rolled on the back and one i drove on for 1500 miles, the other front one blew when i hit a pothole. pm me if you want them. i just want them out of my garage really
