Help! after a search i couldn't find a thread on this problem so here goes. my daughter has an 09 Cobalt LS that blows the ignition fuse when the key is turned to start every couple weeks. i have replaced the starter, ignition switch, swapped the relay and the dealer has replaced the under hood fuse block.now it has started blowing the fuse constantly. luckily it was in the driveway when this started. when the ignition relay is unplugged from the under hood block it doesn't blow.any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, this is a tough one, I'm guessing a frayed wire touching ground somewhere between BCM C4 and underhood fuse block. You might want to try and yank on this harness to see if it stops blowing fuses. If it those the you're going to try and find where the wiring jacket has been breached and black tape the hell out of it.
