Hello everyone! I have a chevy cobalt LS 06
And I took my car to get my brakes change and replace brake fluid. Then three weeks later My car was telling me that I was low on brake fluid. So i took it back and they add more break fluid. And another three weeks afterwards, My car is telling me that i am low in brake fluid.

I have a couple questions?

1) Does it sound like it is a leak? If so do I have replace the whole brake system or just the master cylinder?

If i have to replace a part, where should I buy it from.

I am kinda of clueless lol

1. Yes, it most definitely is likely a leak

2. Any leak in the braking system is serious

3. Don't take it to the shop that simply topped off your fluid

4. Take it to a reputable shop with technicians that actually know what they're doing

As John Powell says,
"Stopping is Over Rated" lol

but seriously if it uses brake fluid look at all wheels and by the master cylinder and look for wet spots, its gotta be going some where and should be easy to find.

kawaiikoala,
Was the brake worked performed with one of our dealerships? If so, I'm happy to follow up on this with them. Let me know!
