I noticed one of my Caliper piston dust boots was a little torn, so I'm about to fix it soon. How do I properly cap the brake line? Haven't been able to find anything on YouTube for this, specifically for these cars.

That is because it is never a good idea to cap off a brake line. I get it, you want to stop the leak until you get a chance to fix it. You need to get a proper fitting the same as the end of the brake line where it attaches to the rubber hose. The old double flare lines were easy as they make a double flare union and that can be capped. The ISO flares are different and I don't know if they make anything like that. They probably do but I am not familiar with them. I think by the time you do all that you could have just fixed the caliper.
