Sorry for the whole thread on the topic but I was replacing my girlfriends radiator because she is trying to do a bit of maintenance on the car..she cracked the radiator, I got a new one and I installed it everything was going smooth until I reached the rad support bushings.. They are shaped like little top hats, hers was dry rotted and the "brim" of the hat was gone.. I've called dealers and all the chain parts stores around and they want to sell me the whole support for 100!! Is their a proper name for the bushing, even at a dealer ship I can't imagine them being more than a few dollars

Probably cheaper at dealer. Or try auto part stores they might have a generic.

For sure.. I'll have to look around.. I just really happy I have a actual name for it.. I've described it and they are clueless
