I had the heads and a new fuel pump done on my 2006 Cobalt car and now it will start up and run till it warms up. It will cut off when it gets hot !!

What's the temp getting to did you replace the thermostat I'm guessing it's over heating or not getting fuel also consider doing a compression test.
