To begin with it seemed like I had a major short to ground, I could drain a fully charged battery in 5 minutes I am hoping to get some help out here. I have gone through all of the possible fixes I can find on the forum. Even grounded the pcm to the frame. Checked and cleaned all grounds, found that the fusible link between the starter and alternator was chaffed. Tried a different bcm, did not realize I needed it programmed (put the old one back in) Now everything seems to be working properly (no dash demons) and the battery seems to hold its charge , but still no crank. I do still have a security light. The reset process does not seem to work.
Last thing for me to do is check the switch wire at the starter.

I swear there should be recalls on this issue. Or at least a tsb. I had the cylinder recall done 2 years ago.

I'm working with a 2006 SS SC2 no onstar, of course a manual trans so I'm pretty sure there is no trans control module.
