So I had the usual cracked fuel inlet/outlet lines on the pump. repaired under warranty 12191. No problem there, but when they brought the car back the exhaust was hanging down low, they hadn't reconnected any of the hangers. They drove it around the building and over a few speed bumps like this. Now I have a knocking noise when starting the engine, and a bad rattling when driving around. ****ing idiots. They took the car back and reconnected the hangers, but still forgot 1 (only 4 total) which I fixed when we got home. There is one more hanger that I can't see or get to, I suspect they didn't connect that one either. I suppose I'll have it checked out by another shop so I can get a written statement before taking it back to the dealer. This was titus-will chevrolet in chehalis, wa.

Just venting really. I think I'm going to call GM to report this service department. I could write it off as a simple mistake, except they took the vehicle back and only connected the two hangers closest to the back of the car (in easy reaching distance). This makes it gross negligence.
