every alloy not limited to the structure of the car is proprietary and are industrial secrets. No one but a handful of people can confirm or deny this.

But, the newest "high strength" steel or in engineering lingo tri-phase steel alloys usually will have boron. Just not much of it it varies from anywhere from 0.1-0.3% to enhance rigidity of the steel by filling interstitial molecular gaps.

Chances are cobalt's structure have use of boron steel, since its inexpensive and widely used on unibody cars,but like stated above no one can be 100% but the handful of people at GM
