How would you take the door strips off without messing up paint???
on a nice day, heat up the strips w/ a hair dryer, peal them off, rub the rest of the glue off (w/ ur thumb or shoe (some here have used their shoes, lol)), then after u get off the thick glue, take bug @ tar remover to it, rubbbb, then use cleaner wax, wash, regular wax then quick detailer & tada! done! lol took me roughly 2 days b/c i had alot of other crap to do, but its so worth it...

The only reason the side moldings are there is to prevent nicking your door when you hit something with it, or when someone parked next to you hits your door.

Truthfully they serve a good purpose, but are just as much of an eyesore as a few nicks.

*Park far away to prevent dings, no molding protects 100% of stupid people.*
