Hello,

found one with very minor body dmg and some interior stains for $4,000 out the door in CA from a used dealer.

67K miles one owner.

My only concern thus far is adding cruise control. How likely is that? i see mixed reviews form what i've read so far. something about BCM pin #61; some saying it does some saying it doesnt work.

any help would be great! Thx!

Coby7 knows his Cobalt stuff!!!

Oh, and it does work!

I chose to go factory
First since the brains for cruise control is built in to all Cobalts.
Second is on the cruise control buttons.... I like the look of factory install controls.
Finaly for me at least, I wanted a leather steering wheel and not an aftermarket coozie wrap.

Either way one MUST get the body control module (BCM) programed to enable cruise.

With Coby7's help, there are 2 other threads about http://www.yourcobalt.com/forums/electrical/89017-activating-factory-cruise-radio-buttons.html and http://www.yourcobalt.com/forums/electrical/91825-installing-activating-cruise-control-2008-lt.html

With the 2009 Cobalt you may be lucky and your Cobalt may already be wired for cruise control.
