dynamat spray is good stuff, ive used it on alot of cars... it is so much easer to get into those hard to reach places...

and you can pretty much spray it anywhere!!! its 100% clear so you can see right through it, so start out with the inside of your windshield, and move on from there.. and don't worry if it looks black at first, it dries clear so just keep spraying...

the only downside is it can get really heavy, and you can never take it out once you spray it in.. but other than that its great stuff if you use enough..

haven't heard much about it...i have personally used the asphalt based roof tape (i'm poor)
and it worked like a charm, gotta work it a little bit to conform to your panels, but a pretty easy process!

gotta agree with JDM, it can get really heavy (had it in my old ford), in the cobalt i used 20% spray and 80% sheets, i sprayed the tight squeezed areas between my box and the spare tire well but that is because of my custom setup...basically dont spray more than you need to IMO
