Any One ever replaced or fixed the ecm wiring that's corroded? My check engine light turned on after an oil change and now I'm not getting an power to engine. Says eng pwr reduced and code it gives off is P0606. Do I have to replace the entire ecm or can u replace the wiring ? Help a damsel in distress

I highly doubt the P0606 is at all related to the oil change. P0606 is related to the PCM, we commonly call it the ECU, since it is the brain that controls your engine. This code is generally that the ECU has failed, and usually requires replacement.
