As stated in title, not sure how to go about figuring out what the issue is here. I have a 2010 LT with now 150k on it. The first time this happened was last summer while i was driving, lost all power and managed to crawl to a parking lot. After a lot of pain and research, i finally figured out i had a blown fuse and replaced it. Today again, the problem happened right as i went to start the car, the starter started turning then stopped. What could be causing this? I also noticed in the past few weeks my shifting feels a little off, but i just chalked that up to a dirty throttle body, since thats usually how it feels. Anyways, if anybody could help me out i would really appreciate it

Most likely a chafed wire, and without the car and schematic if front at the same time.....all you can do is search very carefully. Start by unplugging one (EXM or TCM) and check the fuse. Then try the other....it will start to narrow down where a hot wire is touching ground it should not.
