2009 chevy cobalt. My manual transmission went out so I purchased and installed a new one. After putting everything back together I'm now having an electrical issue. When I attach the battery back to the vehicle the radio comes on the windows work and basically all the auxillary power is on with no key in the ignition. When I put the key in and try and start it nothing changes I don't get response from the fuel pump or the starter. My cigarette lighters work but I can't get my code reader to connect to the vehicle. From the info screen I'm getting a power steering fault and low fuel which it was near full when the trans died. I've checked and pulled every fuse I can think of I'm at a loss at the moment. Thanks in advance for any possible solutions.
