Does anyone know roughly how much it should cost to replace a front wheel bearing ( one ) , and rotors+ pads on the front of the vehicle?

That's one wheel bearing, two rotors, two pads + labour.

Wheel bearings are free if your car is still under warranty. I had to have my front wheel bearings replaced about 70,000 miles ago. Brakes are easy. No need to pay for labor on that if you don't have to.

Bearings are only covered under bumper to bumper. Not power train warranty.

On my cruze they have it stated that a wheel bearing is a wear and tear item and not covered. Maybe I have to read that again

Cobalt wheel bearings are powertrain.. in 10 or 11 gm changed it to the bumper to bumper for wheel bearings, thats what your cruze is not covered.

You can get parts for around $200, and likely 2hrs shop time.
