Afternoon everyone. I'm new to the list. I got my 2010 Cobalt brand new with about 8 miles on it. Today it is running strong at 93,000 miles (a lot of highway daily driving). I still have the original antifreeze coolant and transmision fluids. In your opinion(s), when do you get these fluids changed?
Oil change wise I do about every 5000-7500 miles.

I always change trans fluids once a year, some people say its overkill but I've never had a transmission failure so I don't feel it is.

Regular dino oil I wont let pass 3000 miles.

I wont lie, I never change my coolant unless it starts to look weird or I do a water pump or thermostat. Brake fluid also has a change interval but I don't do it, where I live the lines rot from the salted roads way before any contaminants in the oil will kill the lines, the lines on my cobalt look brand new and its a 2005
