Well, I ordered fogs and an hid kit to go with. I got 3000K hid's and the fogs from Amazon for a grand total of 120 shipped. I've had really good luck using amazon. I'll post pics of the products when they arrive and after installation. I went with 3000k for the fogs because a golden yellow is better for foggy weather than a bright blue light like my 8000k's in my low beams. I also got a relay to fix the whole high beams on and low beams off thing. Only thing is, can someone point me in the right direction for wiring this together?

That's a good deal! What do you need help wiring? the foglights or the relay for the headlights?

the relay for the headlights. I want the High and low on the same time when I turn the highs on. I have HID's in my low's already (8000k) and when I hit the high beams, it is just the standard bulb, but when i Pull back the stick and hold it there, I have low hid and high beam on the same time and it looks great (I can actually see down the road about a mile or so!)

hey! I'd like to know which buyer you bought your foglights from on Amazon...I just looked and there's a BUNCH. Also, some of them look like one single fog light, so you would have to buy two (one for each side)? let me know, I just bought an SS bumper so I need the fog lights. Gonna buy a 50W 6000K HID kit from theretrofitsource, and I'm thinking I'm going to tap directly into my DRL's so that only my fogs will be my DRL's. The HID kit does come with a harness. I might add a switch as well in case I need to turn them off.

I have bi-xenon retrofits so I dunno if I can help you too much with your question. Might have to switch around one or two wires.

We sell complete kits with foglights, pre-installed HIDs and pnp wiring harness :)
I just want the fog lights. OEM style, which will fit directly on my SS bumper. I don't see them on your site. Can I just buy the fog lights for a reasonable price, shipped to Canada (No HID's)? And what brand? JDM or DEPO?

Amazon.com: 2006-2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP Fog Light Assemblies 1-Pair(Both Driver and Passenger Sides): Automotive

That is the site, yes they say 2006-2008 Grand Prix GXP fogs, but the part numbers are exact matches, and if you remember the GXP had projector fogs in the center grill.

damn they don't ship to Canada...asss...
There's another company that does though:

And also, I rly like theretrofitsource HID's...they're a little more expensive than average kits (mine will be around $155 JUST for the H11 HID kit) but they have amazing service and amazing quality (closest to OEM quality HID kits, and way less expensive, and ALL wiring harnesses etc.)

Amazon.com: *** PAIR / DRIVER & PASSENGER SIDE *** 05-06 CHEVY EQUINOX , 05-07 CHEVY COBALT ( 4DR 4DOOR SEDAN ) , 05-07 BUICK LACROSSE , 05-07 BUICK ALLURE , 05-07 PONTIAC G6 , 04-07 BUICK RAINIER , 05-08 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX ( GXP MODEL ) , 05-07 PONT

Only thing is they don't have the replacement part number, like the other fog lights that you bought did. Also shipping is like $50 to Canada so it still comes to $96...there's a set of OEM replacement DEPO fog lights for the cobalt SS on eBay that are around $100 shipped too, might as well go with those instead? thoughts?

Just keep looking on amazon... I don't trust eBay just because of all the bad service feed back on replacement parts. at least there is a true return policy with amazon.

But looking at your link I'd say those are the right ones

funny, my HID's came in today, MADE in GERMANY, and it has a one year, no questions asked (except for accidents) replacement warranty... Explain that one
HAHAHA nice comeback :p

I'm getting my kit from TRS. More expensive but they make (in my opinion) the best retrofit and HID equipment. And their service is unmatched :D
Decided I'm going with their 50w, 6000K morimoto HID kit. warranty for 18 months too. Should look siiiick. Also going to eventually replace the DDM ballasts on my retrofits with 50w morimoto ballasts and bulbs to get some extra light outta my amazing projectors.

post PICS when you get everything installed! gonna order my fog lights as soon as my front SS bumper, side skirts and front/rear lips arrive in the mail :D

I am still waiting on my fogs to arrive, then I will begin my project. the HID kit is sweet, the bulbs are flawless, and it is a nice compact kit. even comes with a wire harness that connects to factory if you have the fogs already, and an adapter if you are wiring it in yourself!
