Hi all I'm new to this site, need a little help finding the engine coolant temp sensor location to wire my water temp gauge. I have 2.2 LS cobalt. Pics or how to install properly would be very helpful. Thanks. Can't seem to find where to wire this temp sensor too.

you should just tap into a wire, don't remove the stock sensor otherwise the car won't like that
Ohh okay, i have the signal wire from the temp sensor to the gauge (red wire) and then black wire to ground. So the new temp sensor doesn't screw into anything or what.

I'm sorry if I confuse anyone. So I don't need to use a second temp sensor for this gauge. Just splice into the electrical sensor wire from the stock to get a signal. I hope I don't wreck anything.
