I recently put my 18 inch rims back on the balt after winter and now there is a little shake. So I put my stock rims back on and the shake was gone. I reinstalled my 18 inch rims and the shake is back. I have hub rings on and had the tires balanced. What can be the cause of this? Thanks!!

Rotate 18's front to rear (same side) to determine if shake disappears or at least changes in severity or shake "location".

I had the same problem, wheel is to heavy for a 4 lug nut, be careful when corning sharp turns i blown 2 lug nut doing this and went back to stocks, I notice my steering wheel still shakes when braking and may have done damage to my tie rod or ball joints.....
