Ignore the crap and poorly done seat covers..

I tried searching but I have no idea what it's called and the sections I did see mostly lead me to removing the entire backseats but no mention of paneling.

Any ideas or can you point me in the right direction?

You have to remove the back seat the side panels that run along the doors the top seat belt mount and then that panel behind the seat belt finally the part you have circled can come out. I've swapped to to black on mine.

Start from the front side kick-panels...and then remove the rear pillars with a star head screw driver..it's behind the plastic circle that says airbag..then remove the window/seatbelts..then the piece your after.
Everything is plastic/metal clips...I bought a set of panel pullers from harbor freight for $20
.I installed some 5.5 in those panels..and sprayed foam behind the outer panels for better deadening....
Mines all tore apart right to the metal..did sound deadening to it..
It shouldn't take more then hour....

Ya might be able to get away with out the seatbelt and upper window removal but ya might break or loosen up pieces..
