I know there are other debadge threads, and if the mods want to delete this one they can, but I thought that one with pictures would help some people.

Materials Needed:

  • Fishing String
  • Hair Dryer or Hot Day
  • WD-40
  • Wash Cloth
  • Elbow Grese
Materials Optional:
  • Wax

  1. Gather All Materials
  2. Blow dry the *Cobalt* or *GM* emblems for ~1 minute
  3. Saw through the Glue/Foam, with the fishing line, behind the letters or emblem, be sure to pull forward to prevent scratches
  4. Pull emblems off of car carefully to prevent scratching, if they did not fall off after sawing.
  5. Do this for all the emblems and characters first
  6. Blow dry the Glue/Foam for ~30 seconds
  7. Peel, pull, and roll the Glue/Foam from car
  8. Spray WD-40 on to the car have the wash cloth nearby for rolling liquid
  9. Rub wash cloth back and forth in a vigorous manner for heat to build up and make removing glue easier
  10. Reapply WD-40 until all glue is removed
  11. When done apply wax

I hope it helps someone, I would remove the side molding but That would take forever, plus they do have a function
