I have a 06 lsj and I cracked my trans on the bottom and drained all the fluid also fluid up on top. Question is how do I stop thag from happening again. I have a solid motor mount and rotated front and rear trans mounts and stock upper trans mount.

So you have solid rotated transmission mounts?

Build a skid plate or be more careful.

How it broke and where it broke can help diagnose the issue here.

What's your power, grinding gears? Looks to me like a tooth broke off and got wedged in there where something had to give.

Anythings possible, just something being cast wrong. It's the only way I can imagine that breaking open though.

has to be internal failure flywheel tooth broke off or something

I had the tooth ring come loose on an old gm car I had years ago busted the whole bottom out of the trans.
