I had an idea, I want to take an ls front bumper, fill in the fauxe grills on the sides, sand and paint it. It would be stylized almost exactly like the rear bumper and give it a really clean look.
Here's a terrible shop of what I'm talking about.

I'm not sure how body filler would hold up in those crevices, would it be better to cut them out and platicweld a smooth piece, the fill and sand?

Before going through all that trouble and money you might as well just buy an ss bumper. You can get them fairly priced.
