Ah, well that makes much more sense. I cannot get this P0304 code to stop and have replaced virtually every ignition component outside of the electrical portion. I was told that Cobalts have a lot of issues with ICMs which is why I ordered the part...I don't work on Domestic cars too often so any advice you could provide would be appreciated. Here is what I have done so far:
Replaced Spark Plugs and tested ignition coils.
Moved Plugs and Coils individually from one cylinder to another to isolate the misfire, still only shows a misfire from cylinder 4.
Replaced both the Intake and Exhaust Actuator Solenoids (This made the engine run smoother, but still receiving P0304 error code.
