I am having the common problem of power steering, gauges malfunctioning and harsh transmission shifting. I have a 2005 automatic cobalt. Ive had this problem ever since I bought the car and I have always been able to turn it off and back on to clear the problem but now it will not go away. Sooo I heard one of the fixes would be to add a ground wire. Could someone please explain how to do this? Thank you.

The other is changing the ECM/TCM fuse on the BCM fuse block.

Yes I have been reading around on here for quite a while and noticed that may be a solution. I replaced that fuse first thing and still have the problem. I even changed it again thinking I may have had a faulty replacement. I have checked fuses and none appear to be blown. No grounds are loose but I took them apart and cleaned a few of them. I could not access G105 though
