Which Intake is that? What cobalt do you have?

I've been thinking about getting one of these as well, when do you usually hear the *swish* sound? I've heard you have to get it around 4000 rpms to ever really hear it. Can you hear it ever shift no matter how fast?

allows the engine to take in more air, and in some cases, a COLD air intake allows the engine to take in more air, and colder air. the more air, and the colder the air, the more power the engine can make. basically, the more and the better the engine breathes, the more it can perform.
