if ur car is an automatic make sure its in park or the key won't come out

mine did thattoo. my gf pissed me off and i threw my keys. it messed up the tip of it but i chiseled it back down.

It's the shifter assembly if your car is an auto...car doesn't know it's in park so it won't release the key. The dealer will tell you to replace the whole shifter assembly but unless you're under warranty it's expensive. I fixed mine with some super glue and about 20 minutes time. I'll do a small write-up if you're not under warranty.

this is just a post explaining what happened, i was at work pretty much the whole day this happened, my gf just recently got a balt of her own, and this happened to her, she logged on to my YC account and posted this,

well when i got home finally, i checked it out, and it was the battery, it died, or had a bad fuel cell, if you will
