How do I relearn the crankshaft position in a 2007 2.2 ecotech? Can it be done without a computer?

I dont have axcess to a tech-II and dont really have the money to take it to a dealer. Its our secondary car. It does run and good, but it takes forever to start.

This is weird timing figuratively and literally. I'm having simliar p0340 error codes. Does anyone have an image of 07 2.2 cam positions. I'm most concerned about the back end of the intake cam right above the cam sensor. Although I'm set to 10, 2 on cams and 6,5 for crankshaft I'm still getting that darn error even after replacing the sensor and cleaning all connection pins on crank and can sensor including the ecm harness. Two weeks into this and I'm at my wits end.

Check the wiring and verify continuity from the sensor to ECM
