Sounds to me like you have a wiring problem, have you done any work on the doors or under the dash lately?
None at all, I would like to add that when this happens you cannot use either door lock button on either door, but the key fob works.

EDIT :

And about a week ago my driver side door would sometimes lock or sometimes not lock when I pressed the switch.

Thanks joweav for letting us know the solution to your problem.
I think my problem is in the fuse box. I say this because my A/C will drip in that area. When things get damp the problem gets worse... and mine will lock and unlock itself just sitting in the driveway! So far my only solution is to pull the fuse.
Can anyone provide some help in diagnosing this problem? I don't want to tear into the doors if the problem isn't in there!
