Ok I picked up my wheels today and they are perfect. Great shape, no corrosion, 2 tires are good, an they came with locking lug nuts ad hub rings.

But I have two questions:
the hub rings are from a 96 civic will they fit my car?
And I want to try on a rim when I get home. Do I need a torque wrench for the lug nuts or can I just hand tighten?

What do you mean by hand tighten? If you mean using a torque wrench by hand, you can. If you mean using your hands to bolt them on, you can't.

Lol. Another thing... The tires they came with (bald) are 215-35-r18. They look way to small, I know everyone is saying get 225-40-18 but will they look a little better? I'm not dropped yet so they look goofy
