I own a 2007 chevy cobalt ls automatic, and I'm having issues with the speedometer not working and it will not shift. The car sat for 5 years and I got it running but on of the issues I found was the speedometer will not work and it will not shift out of 1st. The wires that run to the sensor down the back of the motor had been chewed and I fix that, and it didn't not fix the issue. I replaced the sensor today and it didn't not help. I re seated all of the ecm and tcm connectors and checked all the wiring harnesses that run there and it's still not fixed. Please help
