I'm thinking of ordering some wheels/tires as a package.

I know how to check the my tires. And do it often enough. Is there any harm NOT having TPMS in our cars?

Meaning, I won't get a warning everything I start the car. Won't get some kind of warning chime. And won't throw the engine into limp mode.

Anyone that don't have TPMS on their wheels? Please confirm.

You'll get a low TP dash light. NO damege to car. You can transfer your oem sensors to your new wheels OR buy a dulplicate oem set on ebay. A lot cheaper than at the dealer!

Every $$$ will count. So I'm hoping not to buy the TPMS or have them use the old OEM one because I don't want to pay mounting cost twice.

When I order the wheels/tires, they would come already mounted.

So I'm guessing the TP light will come on each time I start the car? And I would have to press "info" to get rid of it each time. That was what I was hoping to avoid.
