Well I don't think there are any restrictions besides having to get some sort of reconstructive license for lowering it too low..Or some bull crap like that.

So I shouldn't need recon for exhaust, new head and tail lights or an intake?

Hey, i called the recon office, they said that the only thing that you need recon for is any mods t your suspension. The rule is that when you do ay kind of mod to your suspension you have 30 days to get an alignment done and brng all the paperwork in to get your recon sticker. As far as ehaust goes, it is anything goes as long as it isnt too loud, unfortunatly it's kinda up to the cop whether or not it is too loud. HID's are not street legal. Tint has to be35% plus or minus 6% to be legal. Other tha that I didn't really find anything else out.
