Just got the car back from the service garage (power steering recall and the catalytic convertor replaced), and they told me it's still giving an error, P0447. They said it's related to the evap emissions control valve being stuck open.

Is this part itself replaceable, and if so what's it called?I found the vacuum canister and vapor canister, but I can't seem to find the vent. I'm assuming it's a solenoid, but is it built into the canister, or can I replace it by myself? They wanted $150 to replace it, but if I can buy the part for $40-50, i'll put it on myself to save some money.
