Got the p0700 problem again, it happened a year ago I cleaned the grounds thought it was the power steering Because I didn't know this car was wonky like so. Ya so does anyone know what best solution is for the p0700 code is? When this happened before I installed the new ground wire from TCM TO GROUND POST BY STRUT. Help thanks

Well the best thing to do is not post the same thing three time in a row. But if youve already grounded the tcm and that worked last time, it may have corrosion on the wire if its acting up again. I would suspect a ground or other circuit inside the tcm harness plug may be either loose, dirty with corrosion, or damaged. Could also be a damaged tcm itself
