Im sure it will. Just learn from some of my mistakes. Make sure you prep the crap out of it and you will do fine. I mean when you think you preped enough do it one more time. Some of my parts went to hell
I used Krylon Fusion. Stuff works wonders. 1500 Gritt sand paper. Then I used Duplicolor Truck Van and SUV Clear Coat. You dont have to primer the trim panels. Make sure u clean the panels.
Looks great! I am hoping to start my trim pieces soon! I just cant figure out what color I want yet. White or silver on an all black interior, all silver exterior?
i've been looking to do this but have been scared to screw up, is it really that hard becuase ive been spending my days looking for a professional that could do it.
You can always repaint if you mess up. Get paint stripper and take it off. Just remember to prep. Read the forum on here about painting your panels. The member that posted it did a great job and his looks a lot better then mine.
Mine isnt as good as id like. I was impatient like most of my mods and put it on there b4 it dried all the way. You can kinda see some bump like things around it like someone pressed a napkin on it lol
Thanks. WHere all the blue is now used to be carbon fiber but i wanted something that actually covered the whole panel and what does that better then paint lol.
so i painted one of the pieces yellow using krylon fusion. not really sure if i like tho. im considering just painting my trim pieces a black. have ya seen what that looks like?
