Hello to All,
Tim here, user name = PeepingTim.
8yr 2005 Cobalt owner, past new car Honda mechanic 1977 to 1982, have had own repair shops in past, an Old School Hotrod Guy.
Desperate for help with communication issue with TCM, ECM, PCM & BCM's, 1 day after Chevrolet Dealer did 2nd Power Steering Assist Motor Recall.
Sad Situation,

Unplug the 2 blue connectors on the BCM and re-seat them several times then flip the ECM/TCM fuse on the upper left corner of the BCM fuse block to clean it's tabs. If this solves the problem you may want to add a bit of dielectric grease to keep moisture out.
