I have a 09 cobalt ss turbo, I’ve had a clunk/hollow sounding noise when I go over bumps for 6 months to a year now. I have replaced: struts, strut towers, intermediate steering shaft, control arms, sway bar bushings, and sway bar end links. WHAT IS MAKING THIS NOISE!!!

I’m sure you have but, Have you checked all 4 motor mounts?
Yes I had a shop check them over about 6 months ago I got into a little fender bender and snapped a bolt on one but had it replaced, I’m taking it back to that same shop on Thursday for them to check the mounts again so fingers crossed!🤞🏿

Not sure if they checked the trans mount on the driver side. Kinda goes inside the frame. Mine is needing a change. Although it’s automatic, could be a different design. But anyway it’s quite hard to see since things are in the way.

Verify all 4 of your engine cradle bolts. The rear 2 are also the rear mounts for your lower control arms. Now since you said you bent a fender a little, you may have tweaked the control arm mounts. Worth checking again.
