I would disconnect P1 from BCM, then push it in and out several times to clean contacts. Notice pin 6&7

P1 is the connector at the very bottom of the BCM.

The clicking you hear is probably the door lock relay you don't seem to have continuity. Door lock actuator fuse is a 15 amp fuse #26 lower left corner. Don't just visually look at it. Pull it out and if it's good re-insert 180°s.

If all this is good you are looking at maybe a ground problem but other stuff would also not work in my view.

Did you check for voltage on pin 6&7?
