Power Mirror Switch

Hey all, new here. My question is about the drivers door power mirror switch. It stays lit all the time, when car is off and locked. Mirrors work as they should. Now here's the crazy part, when I turn my lights on, the switch light goes out and vice versa. Second new switch so I know it's not that. Any insight? Thankyou.
