so im fixing to be an all motor N/A 2.2 cobalt, what im asking is, does anybody know if there is such thing as a "conversion kit" to go from the boots we have to regular spark plug wires? Why? Because i want to get performance spark plugs and wires...Or is there such thing as performance boots?

i really hope im not asking a stupid question.

if im understanding you correct your wanting plug wires that go to a distributor. these cars have electronic distributors. (no cap and rotor) the boots that plug over the top of the plugs is the whole ignition module. not sure you can find and kind of high performance plug wires.

you can get something, but your ecu really wont have a way to communicate with it...its possible, but for the VERY minimal gains you will see if any, it isnt worth it
