Anyone have this problem?
Its actually on an ion sedan. Was more wondering if there were any access holes from up above.

The driver side the bracket does not need to be touched. the bolt will come out.
The passenger side the bolt will hit the gas tank.
I think I am just going to cut off the head of the bolt and buy a new one and put it in the other way so I dont have to remove the bracket.

I found a post on an ion forum.. one guy cut a 2" hole under the back seat to access the nuts.

I would just cut the bolt, Its not worth putting a hole in the cabin that could possibly cause water damage later on.
