So I had an accident and my driver's side front/back doors were damaged. I bought replacement doors from a junkyard, but they are automatic (electric windows/door locks) whereas mine is all manual. When I install these new doors will the electrical connector allow for the electric operation of the door locks and windows? Or do I need to do a full conversion on the internals before installation?

The power windows will not work. You would have to change the entire wiring harness from a car with power window option. Also would need a BCM that has the option.

I do however think I noticed the cut outs for manual window regulators in the door when I’ve had them apart. At least I think they can be installed into the door.

You’ll need to probably use the wiring from your original door to make the locks work. There’s a chance the wiring is the same but wouldn’t be surprised if it was pinned differently. You’d have to visually compare the plugs from each door to confirm.
