Was talking to a guy from Michigan Fbody, and he pointed me to ZZP's site for plugs.

Cobalt & Ion ---> ZZ Performance

The one-step colders will be what I want if I wanna run a step colder than my stock L61 plugs, right?

I hate iridium plugs personally just because you can't gap them.

I say NGK V-Power Copper Cores...they are cold plugs and you can gap them.

I like iridiums cause they last forever

I'm not one for messing with my gap, really...probably cause I've never really done that.

BKR7EIX is what I'm looking at - I'm finding it's one heat range colder than stock plugs (SS/SC stock plugs)

Stock plugs are BKR5EIX-11...and gene is running a LFR6A-11 copper - and those are one step colder. Maybe I should be looking at BKR6EIX-11s...not 7s.

If you really need 1 step colder, then NGKs are good.

Otherwise, just stick with AC Delcos.

I spark-knocked a little bit on the dyno - that's why I'm going one stage colder...

Bumping this back up...

It seems the stock plug in my car are actually

Stock Replacement: LTR5IX-11 which have a 25mm reach, as do the LTR6IX-11s

The BKR6EIX-11 (which is a stock SS/SC plug replacement) has a 19mm reach.

Should I get the LTR6IX-11 or the BKR6EIX-11?

Just ordered LTR6IX-11s.

Saweet. Amazon says I should have them Thursday!

I don't think I'll notice any difference in drivability (will I?) - moreso the piece of mind that I shouldn't spark knock..
