who will install new rims and tires for the lowest cost?

i didn't nkow if there were any general places that did it... guess not... or if so you guys just don't know...

.... any shop will do it. most likely a personally owned shop would do it less than a chain.. at least around me..and would prob have better costumer service than a chain

Jmarie answered a very obvious question for you.. I knew what you were talking about but you didn't make yourself very clear. You asked directly "who" would do it cheepest.. The average cost is about 50 bucks for all four rims+tires mounting and balancing if they are low profile. may cost a little more because you'll probably need aftermarket lugnuts. I'd recomend some that need a special socket if your rims are worth much.

Haha, my answer is totally different.........I mount and balance my tires myself :p

So technically, i do it for the cost of the wheel weights
